EMILY SHEARMAN

A Berklee College of Music alumna, Emily Shearman has expertise in both the music industry and the creative field of film production. During her time at JB Productions, she worked on the crew for award-winning films such as Sylvie's Love (2020) and Manifest Destiny Down: Spacetime (2019).

Emily Shearman has worked as a songwriter, art director and producer based in Los Angeles, CA.  Originally from New Jersey, Emily's songwriting talent has graced international acts, producing chart-topping hits for artists like BERA, Max Embers, Seu Jorge, and Floyd Fuji. The songs have gone on to stream in the multi-millions on Spotify and other streaming services as well as being syndicated on broadcast TV.

Following an artist residency in Florence, Italy, Emily returned with a new vigor for original projects. Alongside Leah Silberman, she co-produced NightRoad Studios music video productions "In My Breath" (MA/SA) and "Signs" (Quinn Alexander).  She was also responsible for translation and supervising the post production for Didier Koning’s most recent project, Witte Wieven. With an eye for the compelling and a passionate understanding of language, Emily works in our development and PR sector.
